Ballin'? (Spurs 100 Heat 103 OT)

"Watch out bruh! Let me do what I do!"
Winston Churchill was spilling brew all over his linen suit while sitting in his luxury box when he said, “Never, never, never give up.” Jesse Jackson jumped up and knocked over the ladies nachos sitting courtside when he said, “If you fall behind, run faster. Never give up, never surrender, and rise up against the odds.” Pookie nem watching the joint from the nose bleed section started yelling, “You can give up if you want to playa and they’ll be out there celebrating on yo flo!”
The Miami Heat showed great resolve on Tuesday night. Well, was it resolve or just plain reality setting in on boyz? They finally punched the freakin’ clock coming off of a smoke break and decided to play with some heart down the stretch after being down 13 points with under 4 minutes left in the 3rd quarter to win it 103-100 in overtime.
With 28 seconds left in regulation the Heat were down 5 points and could see boyz standing there with that dull yellow rope. It’s only dull when your team isn’t going to be the one celebrating playboy.  The American Airlines  Arena staff were preparing for a San Antonio celebration not a Heat celebration pimpin’. LeBron hit a 3 and then Ray Allen did what boyz brought him in to Miami to do, knock down 3’s! With 5.2 seconds left in regulation the joint was tied and Tony Parker in desperation put up a dull air ball to send the joint into overtime.
Once the Spurs let regulation expire on them you knew it was a wrap because the finest thing in the building “Miss Mo” had swung in the Heat’s direction and she was going hold on the Heat's arm for the rest of the night. She was gonna to walk those duns right out of the building and over to Saks Fifth Ave. to get the new Louis Vuitton hand bag hanging in the window that they promised her.

Now it’s Game 7 of the NBA Finals which is the first since the Lakers beat the Celtics in 2010. I think the NBA got what it was looking for. If you can’t make money off of this series then you need to get out of the business and start selling Camel insurance in Egypt.
Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st!  The San Antonio Spurs have out played the Heat in every aspect of the game of basketball throughout this series. Miami, in my old school coach’s voice, “Have been shuckin’ and jivin’ the entire Finals.” They haven’t played an entire game with effort and heart yet. If they win the series it will be off of talent alone because they haven’t left everything on the court yet.
Here we go, I hear some crazed Miami fan screaming from the roof tops, “Man did you see that game last night? Are you kidding me?” Yeah, I saw that joint! I saw LeBron and his homeboys playing with no sense of urgency for 3 and a half quarter too. I saw the best player on the planet score 14 points in the first 3 quarters only to end up with a freakin’ triple double with 32 points, 10 rebounds and 11 dimes out of nowhere. I saw Chris Bosh turn into a real defensive basketball player in the last 30 seconds of the game after Tim Duncan put on a clinic using him as the test dummy all night. Wheredeydodatat?
If they had played with that type of urgency the whole series it would have been over last week. So who’s foolin’ who playa? Or more specifically, who’s payin’ who? I’ve never seen anything like it. Boyz turning light switches on and off like a haunted house up in this piece.
Duns like Mr. McDusty Fro, Kawhi Leonard, are looking like All-Stars in the NBA Finals! Danny Green will be the freakin’ Finals MVP if the Spurs happen to win this joint. Gary Neal, the cat with the mailman name, is ballin’ out of control and you want me to believe that the Heat are playing with everything they have? Are you kidding me?

Don't even get me started on ole slam ball playin' D. Wade and who was that cat out there with the Herman Munster head wearing #6 in the last minutes of the game! That dun has a skull on him!!!! That head band is worth a fortune and he needs to have a back up in his socks the next time it comes off. They can show instant replays on that joint! It's like the room got smaller when that joint came off.
The good thing is this joint will be over on Thursday because it frustrates me to see cats taking smoke breaks on the job and showing up without combing their hair. Stop me when I start lyin’!

Heart vs. Heartless (Heat 104 Spurs 114)

"I got this playboy and it ain't nothing you can do about it!"
Winston Churchill said, “However beautiful the strategy, you should occasionally look at the results.” Miyamoto Musashi, the famous Japanese swordsman, was fired up when he said, “Study strategy over the years and achieve the spirit of the warrior. Today is victory over yourself of yesterday; tomorrow is your victory over lesser men.” Then the ancient Chinese military general, Sun Tzu, shut the building down with, “All men can see these tactics whereby I conquer, but what none can see is the strategy out of which victory is evolved.”
In Game 4 Eric Spoelstra started the marksman Mike Miller to give his team an advantage and it worked. In Game 5 Greg Popovich pulled the ultimate chess move and started Manu Ginobili, who hasn’t started all season and he delivered. Ole boy came through like ole pimp, playa Uncle Leroy with the green suit and gators to match used to do at family functions. He came bearing gifts playboy! Ginobili put up 24 points and threw 10 dimes in route to a 114-104 victory to take a 3-2 lead in the NBA Finals.
Not only did Ginobili jump out of the closet with the chopper, all of his homeboys did to. The entire starting 5 for San Antonio were in double figures! High double figures too! Danny Green was pealing caps with 24 points as he went 6-of-10 from downtown destroying the NBA Finals 3-point record with 25 during this series. Tony Parker unloaded 26 on a bum hamstring, Tim Duncan did what he does and dropped off 17 and 12. While dusty fro Kawhi gave them 16 as his bangs continued to grow right before our eyes.
Sure, the Heat showed up to work on the offensive end of the floor with Lebron and D. Wade’s 25 apiece, Ole Ray Ray found 21 under the mattress and Bosh figured out a way to secure 16 points and grab 6 rebounds in the process. Will somebody please explain to me how Mike Miller only takes 1 shot attempt in 25 minutes? He’s been on fire from 3-point land during these Finals and he only takes 1 freakin’ shot! Wheredeydodatat? That means that he only took only one more shot than I did bruh!
However, the Heat as a unit they were terrible on the defensive end. The Spurs took way too many wide open shots bruh! Both Ginobili and Green were shooting from spots on the floor where there was an echo when they landed. Nobody was around them at all!  As a matter of fact, the echoes were having conversations with each other.
Like I tell my son all of the time, losing a ball game because the other team is better or just played better is one thing but losing because of lack of effort is unacceptable. The Heat lost that game because they played once again with no sense of urgency. Scoring points only helps you if you keep the other team from scoring more points than you. Who cares if you put up 104 on the road in a hostile environment if the duns you’re playing against scores 114!
If the Heat loses this series and ultimately this NBA Championship it won’t be because of a lack of talent. It will be because of a lack of effort playa. Will the real LeBron James please stand up? If you are the best player in the world playboy, act like it and stop hiding from the moment! I can get any dun in the NBA to give me 25 points. The great ones give you what you need to win when you NEED it homeboy. Do you think Jordan, Kobe, Wilt, Bill or Magic would have just put up 25 in that moment and played laxidasical defense? Not a chance playa!

The only time these duns play like the house is on fire is after they lose a game. They’ll beat the brakes off of San Antonio on Tuesday night in Game 6. So if you’ve got something important to do don’t even worry about watching that joint. Tune in on Thursday for Game 7 and you should be good.
Yeah, both Pop and Spo have been doing a hellava job of coaching in this series but at the end of the day it comes down to effort and the Heat haven’t played like it’s of any importance. All of those duns need to go see the Wizard because they’ve got no heart. I’ve never heard anybody say, “The talent of a champion!” They only say, “The HEART of a champion!” and right now the Spurs are playing with all of the heart bruh. Legacies will be defined, shattered or extended on Tuesday night playboy! I’ll be watching if you’ve got something else to do! Just hit me up on Twitter and I’ll keep you updated.

They Want EFX (Heat 109 Spurs 93)

Spoelstra: "Where did that come from bruh?" Wade: "I don't know but I'm glad it came!"
George Bernard Shaw said, “We are made wise not by the recollection of our past, but by the responsibility for our future.” Winston Churchill stood up and said, “The price of greatness is responsibility.” Then Abraham Lincoln poured out a lil’ liquor for all the dead homies and said, “You cannot escape the responsibility of tomorrow by evading it today.”
Dwayne Wade finally decided to cut the smoke break and dice game short in the back parking lot of  AT&T Center and be responsible enough to play with his team all night. Chris Bosh, who put his house on the market in the middle of the Finals, “Wheredeydodatat?,” decided it made sense to show up and earn his ridiculous pay check too. Miami’s big three all came to work on the same freaking night as they polished off the Spurs 109-93.
 D. Wade must have been bumpin’ that Das EFX “They Want EFX” before the game to get his head right. “My waist bone’s connected to hip bone, My hip bone’s connected to my thigh bone, My thigh bone’s connected to my knee bone, My knee bone’s connected to my hardy-har-har-har!” What knee playboy?
Then ole boy went out and put in work going 14 of 25 and finishing with 32 points. Even ole diarrhea soft Bosh gave them 20 points and 13 rebounds. He was even diving and scrappin’ for loose balls. Then, “Mr. I’ll do whatever it takes” put up 33 points and grabbed 11 boards. The Heat got 85 of its 109 points out of those 3 duns like they were supposed to do.
If your name is on the marquee then you gotta sing the lead bruh! I didn’t come to see the Revolution I came to see Prince! I don’t care nothing about Maze, I wanna see Frankie! You can put anybody back there playing those horns and beating that set of drums but if Larry Blackmon ain’t on stage with that extra tall flat top and that priceless red cup on we’re gonna have problems.
I didn't tune in to see the Kawhi Leonard and Gary Neal show! When I hear the name Gary Neal I'm picturing a mailman in some wool shorts with thick tube socks on cutting across my lawn pissing me off! Not the freakin' NBA Finals!

Like I said before, why does their backs have to be pinned up against the wall for them to play like there’s no tomorrow? It’s the freakin’ NBA Finals bruh not the summer league! If you can’t be motivated to leave it all on the floor in the Finals every night what’s the point.
They all need to enroll in the Kevin Garnett School of Intensity Training. Say what you want about that dun but he’s gonna give you EVERY bit of his soul EVERY night. He plays a Tuesday night in February no differently than Game 7 of the NBA Finals. That’s why he’s always been my favorite player of all-time. There is no substitute for work ethic!
The Heat’s swarming D. forced the Spurs into turning the joint over 19 times which resulted into 23 points. Also Kawhi Leonard and Gary Neal came back down to earth last night like I told you they would. They only put up 12 and 14 points respectively. I shouldn’t say only because those were solid games for them but nothing like the foolishness they brought to the table in Game 3.
I’m about ready to climb through my TV and cut that cat’s hair with a pair of HD clippers! Do you hear me? I mean the bangs have grown since Game 1 bruh! Look here homeboy, in my straight out of the G voice, “If you ain’t gone cut it at least get somebody to come through and oil your scalp, trim the bangs and spray some old school Afro Sheen on it. At least do me that solid playa!”
Now the series is all knotted up at 2 and that guarantees that boyz will go back to Miami for a game 6! Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! If Miami can just get back to the crib they can win this joint. It’s like fighting boyz from around the way. You get caught in the wrong neighborhood and take a beat down but if you can just make it to the crib you’ll be alright. Once you make it to the edge of the hood you’ve got boyz that will have your back. That’s Miami right now bruh!
It should be fun to watch down the stretch. The question is, which Heat team is gonna show up? If they play the way they're capable of playing they’re unstoppable but heart is the deciding factor playboy and that joint doesn’t always come to work with the team. That's why they all need to see a specialist this morning. Stop me when I start lyin’!

Unconscious (Heat 77 Spurs 113)

"I won't remember any of this in the morning bruh! Me either!"
Sigmund Freud once said, “The interpretation of dreams is the royal road to knowledge of the unconscious activities of the mind.” The famous author, Anis Nin, put her cigarette down and said, “Our life is composed greatly from dreams, from the unconscious, and they must be brought into connection with action. They must be woven together.” Then William Irwin Thompson, the social philosopher, got tall respect when he said, “The conscious process is reflected in the imagination; the unconscious is expressed as karma, the generation of actions divorced from thinking and alienated from feeling.”
Danny Green and Gary Neal were out there dreaming, weaving, imagining and simply not thinking or feeling anything as they led the San Antonio Spurs to one of the biggest blowouts in NBA Finals history.  Behind their unconscious shooting the Spurs beat the breaks, doors and transmission off of the Miami Heat 113-77!
San Antonio shot 50% from downtown setting an NBA Finals record by making 16 3-pointers led by Danny Green who went 7-of-9 and finished with 27 points. Gary Neal went 6-of-10 and finished the night with 24 points! Both of these duns have to be sick this morning with a hangover. They were so drunk in the moment that there is no way they'll even remember what happened last night.
It’s like when a boy goes to Vegas with the fellas or a girl with the girls and they wake up the next morning safe in bed but have no idea how they got back to the hotel. That’s Green and Neal this morning bruh! They got it in but it’s all a blur. When cats are shooting like that ain’t nothing you can do but take it on the chin playboy.
The only thing the Heat could have done to stop them from shooting was to break their arms playa. They were pulling up from the Alamo blind folded. There was even one jumper that came in from nearby Converse, Texas 20 minutes after the game was over and boyz are still trying to figure out who shot it.
I’ve been ridin’ ole boy Kawhi Leonard’s fro all week but he must be like Sampson. He gets his power from the corn rows with the bangs that definitely need to be re-done or simply cut off. I guess he’s superstitious and he’ll cut it once they win the ship! Hey, even if they don’t win the joint I’ve got some boyz looking for him to fade him up when this joint is over. The corn rows had him solid again with 14 points, 12 rebounds and great defense on LeBron.
Now let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! Did Kawhi play great defense or did Lebron play soft? Now Ima give you props when you ballin’ and Ima keep it real when you’re, in my old school coach’s voice, “Shuckin and jivin’ out there!” If you’re the best player on the planet there is no way that it’s even possible to go 2 of 13 out of the gate because if the jumper ain’t falling then you should immediately start taking boyz to the rack for insurance purposes. There is no way Jordan or Kobe would have been settling for jumpers when that joint was clearly broken and the game was getting away from them! Stop me when I start lyin’!

Real talk playa, how are you the best player alive and let a boy with BANGS and CORN ROWS even line up in front of you? That's like letting a cat with wrist bands, pimp socks and the original Zips talk trash, let alone walk out onto the court and say "I got you tonight Elroy!"
There was nothing that Kawhi or anybody else did on defense to keep that dun from scoring. He was being passive with the rock and that gave two cats that had to show ID to get in the building confidence to shoot the Heat’s brains out. LeBron didn't have single free throw attempt all night! Wheredeydodatat?

It makes sense to make the right basketball plays when boyz are in a zone but when they’re sound asleep you gotta take over pimpin'. LeBron picked up D. Wade’s bad habit of taking a smoke break during the freakin’ game and forgot to put the stick in the door and couldn’t get back in the joint.
By the time somebody let him in, Neal and Green were on fire and the joint had gone from a kitchen trash can burner to a full 3 alarm boy that completely destroyed the property. He finished with 15 points but that’s like spitting on a forest fire when you’re only getting 16 from D. Wade, 12 from Bosh and nothing from Udonis and Rio! The only dun that did what they paid him to do last night was Mike Miller! He was 5-5 from 3-point finishing with 15 points.
They may as well have dressed and played ole popcorn eatin’ and Gatorade drinkin’ Juan Howard for what they got out of the rest of the bench bruh. San Antonio went to work last night playboy but keep in mind that you can’t expect Green and Neal to play like that for the rest of the series. There is a reason they ID’d those duns when they came in the building.
In all of the excitement nobody paid attention to Tony Parker leaving the court with the trainers because of the aggravation of a sore hamstring. He’s going to have an MRI today. If Parker can’t go that changes things for the Spurs going forward because he’s the X-factor for that team.

Don’t expect Neal and Green to be unconscious again on Thursday night because that was a once in a lifetime experience. That’s like sitting down at the black jack table next to Beyonce' and she laughs at your stupid jokes all night. Cherish the moment bruh because it ain’t gonna happen again. To win this series they're gonna need Tony Parker!

The Tornado (Spurs 84 Heat 103)

"Let me take that off of ya hands there bruh! Cuz you might hurt yourself!"
The famous author and psychotherapist, Virginia Satir, once said, “Feelings of worth can flourish only in an atmosphere where individual differences are appreciated, communication is open, and rules are flexible – the kind of atmosphere that is found in a nurturing family.” Then Albert Einstein leaned over and said, “You have to learn the rules of the game. And then you have to play better than anyone else.”  That was LeBron James in Game 2 playboy!
I tried to tell you boyz in yesterday’s Hot Joint entitled "Perception" that if LeBron had come along before Jordan we would have a completely different view of him because he always makes the right basketball plays but you wouldn't listen. It was no different in last night when the Miami Heat blew the doors off of the San Antonio Spurs 103-84.
Ole boy had only 4 points at the half and cats started freakin' out. Even Magic Johnson had to tell boyz on the ESPN set to calm down because LeBron was OK! Why, because like I said in the Perception joint, Magic was the other very unselfish player that understood how to play the game. He understood that the game has a rhythm and a flow to it and you can’t disturb it.
They were up by 5 at the break and other players like Mario Chalmers, who finished with 19 points, were in a groove so LeBron understood not to disturb that joint. Keep feeding duns and playing defense and the game will come to you.
The next thing you know the Heat goes on a 33-5 run and this dun finishes with 17 points, 8 rebounds, 7 dimes and 3 blocks. Put it like this playboy, if they were still selling posters Tiago Splitter’s dunk attempt would be running out of the store this morning and hanging themselves. LeBron put boyz on notice that he doesn’t have to score crazy points to take over a game.

Like I explained to you yesterday John Naismith, when he invented the game, intended that it be played by all 5 players the entire game and not just by 1!
Making the right basketball plays created an atmosphere that allowed his teammates to be able to be successful. It’s like the formation of a tornado bruh! LeBron was the supercell that created the twister that swallowed the Spurs up and spit them out.
The Heat made 10-of-19 3-pointers and got Ray Allen going with 13 points. Even ole diarrhea soft Chris Bosh contributed 12 points and 10 rebounds to the storm and that dun is usually running from the lightning and the sound of thunder.
The Heat’s suffocating defense forced the Spurs into 16 turnovers that they quickly turned into 17 points. In Game 1 San Antonio played nearly the perfect game with only 2 turnovers and a lucky shot by Tony Parker to win by 4 and boyz started digging the grave for Miami. Hold up playa, sit tight and just watch the games!
It’s the NBA! You can’t show up and play the perfect game once and win the title. You gotta win 4 of those joints. This ain’t the 1985 National Championship game where Villanova shoots 90% in the second half and 78% overall to beat Patrick Ewing’s Georgetown Hoyas by 2! It was Game 1 of the NBA Finals and the Spurs gotta be able to play at that same level 4 times! Keep your shirt on pimpin’! It ain’t over!!!
Now somebody tell me if I need to show up in San Antonio on Tuesday morning and cut that dun Kawhi Leonard’s hair? Now I know some stone killas that are doing LIFE in the penitentiary that have their butta whipped every time you go to see them! You're like, "Hey bruh, who's legs are you sitting between gettin' your hair done like that?" Crickets!!

Then you've got this dun out here in the FINALS with bangs growing out of some dusty corn rows bruh! When your joint starts growing on your forehead, it’s time to sit down with your girl to re-up on them joints or find the cat that's doing my boyz hair in the pen. While we’re at it call ole pubic beard Udonis to come on through too. I need to touch up that beard that refuses to connect and play by the rules. If that joint won’t be obedient then you gotta cut it off son.
Now the series switches to San Antonio for 3 games. The Heat have to win at least one maybe two there to take the pressure off. Let’s see if they're NBA Championship ready because the Spurs have already proven that they’re capable of winning on the road under the big lights playboy! Can Miami’s role players step up again? Well they’ve got 3 chances to get it done in Texas so we’ll see!

Corn Rows (Spurs 92 Heat 88)

"I'm still gonna get this joint off bruh cuz that's how I get down!"
As boyz were hangin’ out in Big Momma’s basement choppin’ it up over a game of spades Ben Franklin said, “To succeed, jump as quickly at opportunities as you do at conclusions.” Ralph Waldo Emerson slammed his cards down and said, “The world is all gates, all opportunities, strings of tension waiting to be struck.” Then Winston Churchill kicked over the table when he said, “Difficulties mastered are opportunities won.”
The San Antonio Spurs hung around for 3 quarters just waiting for the Miami Heat to get comfortable enough to leave the gate open as they slipped in and stole Game 1, 92-88. By the beginning of the fourth with Miami holding on to slight lead all night. The Spurs suffocated them and held them to only 7 points by midway through the fourth. That’s why the old school coaches would always say, “You can’t let boyz hang around! Because while they’re hangin’ around they're figuring you out.”
When someone breaks into your house it’s always somebody that you know playboy. They’ve been to the crib and peeped out the joint. Nobody runs off into a spot that they know nothing about! That was San Antonio last night after 3 quarters.
You would have expected for the Spurs to destroy the Heat on the glass and in points in the paint like the Pacers did but it was anything but that. The Heat was +9 on the glass and the Spurs were only +6 in points in the paint. The X-factor was Tony Parker bruh! He only had 21 points but his leadership down the stretch was phenomenal and he hit a lucky desperation shot with 5.2 seconds left that broke the hearts of all of the boyz coolin’ out in their all white joints at American Airlines Arena.
Even though Tim Duncan is 146 years old he came up big with 20 points and 14 rebounds to help the Spurs steal Game 1 in Miami! That’s huge playa because in the Finals it’s 2-3-2! So to get a win on the road is major. They still have 3 games to play in San Antonio!
LeBron was in complete beast mode and recorded yet another triple double as he put up 18 points, grabbed 18 rebounds and threw 10 dimes. Kawhi Leonard was out there struggling trying to keep that boy from pushing him around. Danny Green tried to step in and help the young boy only to get man handled as well. Both of those cats are in the weight room this morning or on the phone with whomever A. Rod has been hollerin’ at because something has to change by Game 2. I wouldn’t be surprised if both of those duns come out there looking like Barry Bonds on Sunday. Head and feet two sizes bigger!
Speaking of Kawhi Leonard!  So you mean to tell me that nobody told this dun that the Finals were on TV? He thought that the joint was on the radio and that everybody was huddled up in Big Momma’s kitchen listening to it. He’s shows up with not only corn rows but corn rows that didn’t have parts in them. Bruh, if the parts have disappeared you gotta get your hair done! First of all, corn rows went out with the sweater/hat combo sets. On some real talk, the sweater/hat combo was never hot but boyz were rockin’ those joints anyway and they looked just as stupid as Kawhi did with corn rows in the Finals that needed to be re-braided. You know Big Momma was cursing all night at the TV, "I told that boy to cut his hair!"
 D. Wade must have given up the cigarettes during the Finals because he didn’t slip out to the parking lot at all last night as he gave them a solid 17 points. Bosh had 13 but only picked off 5 rebounds playa!  Look here pimpin’; at 6’11” 5 or 6 of those joints should hit you in the face on GP playboy.
Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st. The Heat played well enough to win but San Antonio hung around long enough to pick the lock. This is going to be a series where very few mistakes can be made because if you do boyz are coming in and taking everything including the championship trophy.

The quote under the caption isn’t real but its REAL talk!

Hummin' Comin' At Cha (Pacers 76 Heat 99)

"Take that with cha! That's yours!"
Vince Lombardi stood up and said, “There is no room for second place. There is only one place in my game and that is first place. I have finished second twice in my time at Green Bay and I never want to finish second again!” Then Pablo Picasso kicked his old school Stacey Adams up on the table and shouted, To finish a work? To finish a picture? What nonsense! To finish it means to be through with it, to kill it, to rid it of its soul, to give it its final blow the coup de grace for the painter as well as for the picture.”
Well the Miami Heat must have been ridin’ around with both Lomdardi and Picasso Monday afternoon before heading over to American Airlines Arena to beat the brakes off of the Indiana Pacers 99-76. Not only did they hate the thought of finishing second in the Eastern Conference but they were looking to rid the Pacers of their soul playboy and that they did.
With a monster defense the Heat forced the Pacers into turning the joint over 21 times which they quickly turned into 15 points. In every Heat loss during the series they were destroyed on the glass and in points in the paint. I asked LeBron during the post-Game 6 press conference what were they going to do differently to change that in Game 7 and he said, “Just the opposite of what you said.” Great answer playboy! They matched the Pacers in points in the paint with 30 and were +7 on the glass in Game 7!
So on some real talk, the Pacers turnovers killed them! The Heat only shot 39% vs. the Pacers shot it at 40%! So the 15 points off of turnovers put the nail in the coffin for the boyz from Naptown.
LeBron did what LeBron does as he put up 32 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. Ole smoke breakin’ D. Wade finally came into the building and dropped off 21 points matching his postseason high. Chris Bosh initially looked like he was gonna put in work when he snatched 6 rebounds early. He finished with 8 so I can’t beat him up too bad in that category but this dun was still 3-13 from the floor with only 9 points.
Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! This cat must me allergic to contact bruh! I mean, he was trying to be aggressive and get to the rack but he’s as soft as infant diarrhea. Every time he went to the bucket David West or Roy put him on his back. I thought Bill Lambeer was out there or something!

I was really waiting on Puffy to run out on the court to help him get his sexy on and give him a gallon of Proactive. That dun looks like he’s going through puberty all over again. Wheredeydodatat?
Mad props to the Pacers for handling their business this season. They got out of the gate slow without Danny Granger in the mix but boyz grew up fast. The world saw Paul George become a superstar in this league playboy and on the some real talk; he finished as probably the 3rd best all-around player in the NBA behind LeBron and KD. Try to show me a better complete player than Paul George and I’ll slap the drugs out of your hands because you're smokin', inhalin', injectin', sniffin' and swallowing something that you need to be delivered from playa!
The Heat had no idea these boyz were gonna give them that type of series but it has probably made them a better team as a result of it. My old man used to say, “Be a good sport and pull for team that beat you.” So Pacers fans SHOULD get behind the Heat and give them love going into the Finals but they won’t because 90% of the world is filled with haters and boyz don’t wanna see LeBron win another ring.
Also 100% of the Jordan jock sniffers are definitely not behind this young boy because with every accomplishment he threatens the very existence of what they believe to be immortal, “Air Jordan.” All I know is that before every one of these playoff games they put some type of stat up and LeBron was always ahead of MJ in every one of them and he’s still got at least 7 more good years in him.

If this young cat can pull off a win this year in the Finals he'll have 2 rings vs. 1 for Jordan at the same age of 28! Not to mention 4 MVP's vs 1, 4 Finals appearances vs. 1 and the fact that this boy can play ALL 5 positions and guard them at 6'8" 260 lbs. vs. 2 maybe with a stretch 3 and that's a huge stretch for Jordan at 6'6" 210lbs.! I'm just sayin'!

Why age? Because age ultimately determines how long a boy plays the game playboy! If you don't think that this young boy isn't going to surpass Jordan in EVERY category and become the G.O.A.T. when it's all said and done you're a fool!
In my Hoggy Low Down voice, "Waaait for it! Because he's bumpin' that Xscape, "Hummin' Comin' At Cha" all the way to the Finals!
Good luck Heat!

Sick & Not Tired! (Heat 77 Pacers 91)

I'm sick but tomorrow I'll be fine but you'll still be beaten up in the paint bruh!"
The English philosopher, Bernard Williams, jumped out of the ride and said, “Man never made any material as resilient as the human spirit.” Singer, Carnie Wilson,  pulled up and said, “I have willpower and determination. I am very resilient, like rock.” Then the authority on leadership and change,  John P. Kotter, shut the building down in a lime green Maserati by saying, “We are always creating new tools and techniques to help people, but the fundamental framework is remarkably resilient, which means it must have something to do with the nature of organizations or human nature.”
Well, I would say that the Indiana Pacers have put together a strong organization by building a team from the ground up and the human nature of it is ridiculous! David West was suffering from an upper respiratory infection with a 100+ degree temperature just before the tip of Game 6. Where a loss would send the Pacers to the crib literally and ole boy helped his team force a Game 7 by beating the brakes off of Miami 91-77.
West played a remarkable 35 minutes and some change, scored 11 points but more importantly picked off 14 rebounds in the process! Big boy Roy just keeps hurting them inside and continued to dance to his favorite song of 24 points and 11 rebounds. The story line was the same, the Pacers outscored the Heat in the paint 44-22 and destroyed them on the glass 53-33.
Miami is the same set of duns that won 27 straight during the regular season, finishing with a franchise record 66 wins and having won 23 out of 24 road games before getting drug down the street by Indiana in both Games 4 and 6!  So what does that tell you? If you’re gonna roll through the hood looking for trouble you've gotta have some real G’s in the ride with you!
LeBron showed up for Game 6 with what he thought were some soldiers! All of a sudden boyz started shooting and duns started bailing. Both D. Wade and Bosh folded up like a tent and went 4 of 19 from the floor. The next thing LeBron knows, Mike Miller is ridin’ shotgun! What? This cat hasn’t played since what seems like last year bruh! Then he looks in the rear view mirror and old Gatorade drinking Juan Howard is in the back seat butt naked because he forgot his uniform because he hasn’t been active since they picked him up. Ole boy had on street shoes, socks and a jock talkin' about he's ready to play!
LeBron couldn’t figure out whether he was in Miami or Cleveland! With the amount of bread they’re paying Bosh and Wade they've gotta give you more production than that even on a bad night playboy. As a matter of fact, there are no such things as bad nights at that pay grade. LeBron picked up the tech not because he sprinted down the floor after a bad call but because he couldn’t believe these boyz set him up.
It’s like they went out and jumped on some cat’s little sister on the bus and took her book bag, then came through and told him that they just needed him to ride with them to somewhere. He agrees to roll out with them because they’re the big homies.  However,  they failed to tell him that the whole project was looking for them. Just as they get a half block from the war zone these duns jump out and the brakes go out on him so all he can do is take like a G. Wade even left him hangin’ at the podium during the post-game press conference. You know they normally do those joints together so that they can finish each other sentences. It’s so cute too.
It’s a Game 7 now playboy! Anything can happen, especially when you’ve got cats that are known for taking smoke breaks and never coming back. D Wade is the master smoke breaker and now it looks like he’s got Bosh doing 3 or 4 packs during the course of a game.   If LeBron’s got to depend on duns like Mike Miller to play strong minutes and they’ve got to activate Juan Howard he’ll be better off playing Game 7 by himself or grabbing some of those bums he took to the Finals from Cleveland. Stop me when I start lyin’ bruh!

The TakeOver (Pacers 79 Heat 90)

"Are you sure you want some of this playboy!"
As boyz sat around the barber shop talkin’ trash William Shakespeare said, “Some are born great, some achieve greatness, and some have greatness thrust upon them.” George Bernard Shaw got up and said, “Just do what must be done. This may not be happiness but it is greatness.” Then Winston Churchill got fired up, put his cognac down and said, “The price of greatness is responsibility!”
LeBron James was born great, did what had to be done and paid the price because he was responsible for the Pacers demise in Game 5, 90-79! The Pacers were up 46-40 early in the third quarter when a timeout was called on the floor. LeBron huddled his team up and gave them the business playboy. It was so bad that they had to blur his mouth just to show the replays.
He knew that the Heat couldn’t afford to go back to Indiana down 3-2 and play in front of that Bankers Life crowd. So Super Man or shall I say the Brown Hornet completely took over the joint scoring 16 of his 30 points in the third quarter as Miami went on a 30-10 run with ole boy either scoring or accounting for 25 of those joints.
When a cat is that good, in my Mr. Willie from the car wash voice, "Ain’t nothing you can do with him youngsta!" When Lebron is clicking it makes life easy for the rest of those duns.

Ole pubic beard Udunis made his last 8 shots finishing with 16 points. Ima put some Nair in his lotion bottle for Game 6! That way he'll be clean shaving but his face will stink like crazy though. At least he won't look like Ned the Whino when he shows up!

Super Mario chipped in 12 and even smoke breakin' D. Wade added 10 to the kitty. Speaking of smoke breaks bruh! Shane Battier(0 points), Ray Allen(7 dull points), George Hill(1 point) and Lance Stephenson(4 points) was out in the parking lot finishing off at least 4 or 5 cartons and shooting dice with the fellas because they weren’t in the building bruh.
Jesus Shuttlesworth was out there looking like Jake Shuttlesworth with some old school grey sweats with his shorts on over those joints. Ray Ray’s old legs were out there talking to him the whole time saying, “Hey bruh, what you doin’ man? This ain’t gonna work! You told me 20 minutes or so during the regular season not the playoffs too. We gotta come up wit somethin’ else playboy!”
George and Lance must have gotten beaten up and disoriented in Overtown because neither one of those duns even made it into the arena. Paul George, Big Boy Roy and David West came to work with some grown man lunches no doubt about it. Roy was solid with 22 points and 6 rebounds, Paul dropped off 27 and pulled 11 off of the glass and David wasn’t trippin’ with his 17 and 8.
However, the problem for the Pacers was that they didn’t dominate the glass like they did in game 4 (49-30). The rebounding differential was only +1 for them. It was 33 vs. 32 and Miami outscord them in the paint by 2, 34-32.
Not to mention all of the dull 17 turnovers the Pacers committed. You can’t win anything turning the joint over like that. Especially when you’ve got a beast like LeBron on the floor that won’t even sit down to rest. That dun played 44 minutes and wasn’t breathing hard at all! Now Paul George played 44 minutes too but he’s got a long way to go to get to great player status but he is riding past the subdivision though. He just can't buy a crib up in that joint yet. There’s nothing you can do with LeBron when he’s in a zone. In my Bernie Mac voice, “Nutin’!, Nutin’!”

"Man just give me 30 seconds bruh! That's all I need!"
I said before the series started that I was waiting for somebody to knock all of Tyler Hansbrough’s teeth out of his mouth because his entire purpose is to frustrate boyz and cause trouble. He does absolutely nothing that shows up in a box score. They need to add columns for pushing, cheap shots and mumbling under your breath when nobody is looking or at least he thinks nobody is looking. If he had grown up anywhere near the ghetto he would be toothless and wearing an eye patch by now bruh. That’s real talk!
The Birdman had simply had enough last night and was ready to get ejected just to take some of those joints out. I know Heat fans were like, “C’mon bruh, we need you on the floor! They’ve been killin’ us in the paint for 4 games! You can’t get ejected from this joint now!” But you know how it is, some cats don’t care nothing about going to jail. I know boyz that will do 5 to 10 like it's summer camp. Going to jail is like free time from having to be responsible. That was Birdman last night playa.

Let's keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! He's the type of cat that will cost a boy a championship because he can lose it at any moment. He's the dun that gets boyz shot up when they're in the wrong neighborhood hollerin' at some chicks because this fool will start screamin' at rival gang members out of the window. If he's gonna ride, you gotta make sure that his window doesn't let down and the door doesn't open where he has to climb over the seat to get out. Most importantly, make sure you've got his seat belt on like the Bulls did with Rodman. Otherwise, you're in trouble down the stretch!
He was like, “I’m willing to sit just to knock this fool out! Y’all ain’t feelin’ my pain bruh. I don’t care that we’ve come this far and that we’re on the brink of something special. I wanna knock this fool out.” On some real talk, he should have been ejected but the NBA has more sense than that or should I say more financial sense than that because Nazr Mohammed got tossed for pushing LeBron!  Stop me when I start lyin’ playboy!

Brown Baggin' (Heat 92 Pacers99)

"All knotted up now playa! Let's do this maaaaan!"
Steve Garvey once said, “You must be passionate, you must dedicate yourself, and you must be relentless in the pursuit of your goals. If you do, you will be successful.”  John F. Kennedy threw the dominoes on the table and shouted, “History is a relentless master. It has no present, only the past rushing into the future. To try to hold fast is to be swept aside.” Then Big Momma took a squig of her gin and said, “I bet you better watch what you throwin' in my house or Ima be relentless on yo butt!”
The Indiana Pacers came into game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals down 2-1 and desperate playboy. A loss at the crib would be fatal. So Big boy Roy Hibbert playing in front of his Georgetown head coach John Thompson III, in whom I had to dap up pre-game for those bangin’ shoes and the nice seersucker jacket he was rockin’, went to work and put up 23 points and grabbed 12 boards in route to a 99-92 win.

"We're never going to give up. We're relentless!" said Hibbert after the game. All of those guys in there, they believe we can win. No matter what the analysts or whoever says anything, they count us out, those guys in the locker room were ready to play and we went out and played our hearts out."

Once again the entire starting 5 for the Pacers brought double figures to the party and dessert pimpin’! Lance Stephenson brought 20 of Big Momma’s sweet potato pies, George Hill stopped over in the hood at Long’s and got 19 glazed donuts, David West picked up 14 Bar-B-Q Rib tips from the Kountry Kitchen and Paul George swooped up 12 large pizzas from Pasquale’s. They call that brown baggin' where I'm from bruh because everything comes in a brown paper bag. Now you know if a boy eats all of that he’ll be sick! So you completely understand why LeBron and the Heat were nauseous flying back to South Beach last night.
Not only did everybody show up with food, they completely destroyed the Heat on the glass 49-30. That means that the Heat got very few second chance shots playa! The game plan was to attack the Heat in the paint and it worked like a charm. The Pacers outscored them 50-32 in that department.
The crazy thing is, when you look at the stats of points in the paint, rebounds and field goal shooting percentage the Pacers should have won this joint by 20 but that didn’t happen playboy. Why? Because they were playing the best team in the league! So even when you’re killin’ ‘em in every statistical category and can’t get pull away from them it tells you something. You gotta bring Big Momma’s cookin’ or some good ole brown bag to the joint every night in order to beat them.
It’s the NBA son! You don’t get props for winning 1 or 2 of those joints you gotta win 4 of 'em. So know that it’s all knotted up, boyz gotta put on their big boy pants and sneakers going forward.  I’m talking about both teams bruh! In my Puff Daddy voice, “It’s real in the field now!” What are you gonna do with the opportunity?
What I couldn’t understand for the life of me was why LeBron didn’t attack boyz like he did in Game 3? He kept putting his back to the basket and was settling for jump shots or passing that joint off; even when he had one on one match ups with boyz that he could clearly beat to the rack. Wheredeydodatat? I'm just sayin'!
Maybe Big Momma’s cookin’ is finally starting to effect these Miami boyz or is it the NBA trying to get 7 games out of this joint because the Western Conference Finals were a joke and got no ratings and made no bread.  I’m just sayin’, because it’s fishy when a boy fouls out that has only fouled out  of 5 games in his career and only twice in post-season play.
On some real talk, he was doing what he always does but in Game 4 those joints suddenly became REAL fouls. They've been fouls all year but boyz have looked the other way. Now that Memphis has laid an egg it's gonna cost LeBron. I understand that these duns gotta get paid but when it becomes obvious that’s where I draw the line! If you’re gonna rip me off at least wait until I go to sleep and then put my wallet back because it’s a hassle standing in line down at the BMV.  Stop me when I start lyin’ playboy!

Suicide Mission (Grizzles 86 Spurs 93)

"Dang bruh! It's like that?"
Woody Allen once said, “Eighty percent of success in life is showing up.” Hillary Clinton added, “Showing up is not all of life – but it counts for a lot.” Mrs. Williams, my third grade teacher, would say, “If you just show up people would give you the benefit of the doubt.” Big Momma put her shot of gin and cigarette down and said, “Ain’t nothin’ worse than not showing up when people are depending on you to be there.”
Hey mayne? You didn’t show up mayne! The good people of Memphis, more specifically Orange Mound, were standing in the window with their faces pressed against the glass mayne and you left ‘em hangin’ mayne.

The Grizzles made it easy for the Spurs in the Western Conference Finals bruh as they essentially just laid down and died 4 times! On Monday night they finally got into the hole and let them do the ashes to ashes dust to dust joint 93-86.
Memphis, on some real talk, was just happy to be in the Western Conference Finals playboy. I don’t care what the scores were pimpin’! They never showed up to play not one-single-solitary time! That’s one of those Big Momma quotes jumpin’ out of me right there bruh. You know how she would say stuff that made absolutely no sense at the time but really made sense 20 years later? That’s one of them. Well, that joint still doesn't but I understand what she was sayin'. So I guess it did. SMH
The Grizzles had the worse game plan for a team in the history of sports! They tried to beat the most fundamental player in the history of mankind at his own game. Tim Duncan may be old but he’s an expert at what he does playa. You can’t walk the freakin’ ball up and down the floor all series long and try to attack him in the paint. He sleeps, eats and lives in the paint bruh! On Monday night the Spurs outscored the Grizzles 52-32 in the paint.
In order to beat the Spurs you’ve got to run them boyz like OKC would have if they were healthy. How in the world does a coaching staff look at the Spurs and consciously say, “We’re gonna attack them on the inside!” and thinks that would work?
That’s like showing up in the Delany Projects in G.I. all by yourself and shooting one of the 1st lieutenants of the GD Folks and trying to get out of the joint alive.  It’s called a suicide mission playboy. To have any game plan that involves attacking Tim Duncan in the paint where he nor his teammates have to chase boyz all night is suicide.
Listen mayne, you would have been better off not even making the playoffs mayne or just losing in the first round if all you were gonna be is pre-Finals scrimmage  for the Spurs mayne. It’s always better to lose when nobody is paying attention than to get the brakes beat off of you when the whole world is watching.
It’s like Notre Dame showing up to play in the BCS National Title Game against Bama. They would have been better off going to the Meineke Car Care Bowl and nobody would have tripped. The Grizzles could have taken Big Momma's gin and cigarettes and only gotten 2 whippings but these duns didn't show up against the Spurs and had to take 4.
Now San Antonio have more than a week to prepare and rest their old legs before the Finals start on June 6th. Miami and Indiana are in a good one right now and whoever comes out of this joint better be ready to run because walking up and down the floor playing a half court set is suicide playboy!

No Brakes (Heat 114 Pacers 96)

"Can't stop us tonight bruh! Holla at us Tuesday and see what we talkin' bout playboy!"
Confucius says, “The will to win, the desire to succeed, the urge to reach your full potential…these are the keys that will unlock the door to personal excellence.” Winston Churchill said it this way, “Continuous effort – strength or intelligence – is the key to unlocking our potential.” Then Emile M. Cioran, the Romanian philosopher, shut the building down with, “Ambition is a drug that makes its addicts potential madmen.”
At some point you knew that the madmen were gonna show up. So in Game 3 they got off of the city bus in the middle of downtown Indy and started fighting boyz. They beat the brakes off of anybody standing around with a blue and gold jersey on 114-96.
In games 1 and 2 in Miami the Heat didn’t get the additional production out their bench that they usually get and that allowed the Pacers to hang around. During Game 1, which went to overtime, the Heat scored 103 points but 93 of them came from 4 cats. The Pacers played out of their minds and only 4 duns from Miami were at work. It was the same situation in Game 2! At some point you had to know that boyz were gonna break the chain and get with them.
It’s like when you were a kid walking home with the fellas and some cat would throw rocks at the neighbor’s dog named King that was chained up in the yard. Everyday he’d throw rocks at him and boyz would warn him not to but he wouldn’t listen. Then one day the chain breaks and King destroys him. That was the Pacers last night bruh!
They put LeBron (22 points) in the post and that had boyz all messed up. The Heat outscored them 56-32 in the paint and that left ole pubic beard Udonis hangin’ out on the street corner by himself early and often as he went 8 of 9 from the field to destroy the Pacers with 17 points. All 5 Miami starters finished in double figures and they got solid production from the bench which they hadn’t gotten in Games 1 and 2.
Norris Cole chipped in 5, Birdman kept it all the way 100 literally going 4-4 as usual finishing with 9 points, Ray Ray knocked down 2 big shots to give them 6 points and ole race track head Shane Battier had 7. That’s all they needed from the bench playboy.  As long as the bench is keeping the water out of the boat the Heat are hard to beat. There was no way those duns weren’t going to show up in this series because they’ve got the best bench in the league. It was just a matter of time pimpin’! To top that off they only committed 5 turnovers as a team all night bruh! Wheredeydodatat?

On some real talk, Halle Berry is only gonna get out of bed looking bad every now and then bruh! The Heat has won 23 out of 24 on the road. They’ve won 47 out of 51 games playboy. In order for the Pacers to win this series they’ve got to play out of their minds EVERY night and like I said a few days ago, they’ve got at least two eggs to lay in this series based on their history. That was one last night. The BEST TEAM always wins a best of 7 series playa! Let's see who the best team is?
LeBron is probably going to play with his back to the basket for the rest of this joint and even though Paul George has been ballin’! LeBron took him to school last night in showing him that in order to be great you’ve gotta be able to do everything. He leaned on that young boy all night and by the middle of the 3rd quarter that 260 lbs. got heavy. I’m just sayin’!
Game 4 is Tuesday night and I hope that they charge cats with Miami Heat gear twice the admission to get into the joint. It’s shameful that the Pacers, as good as they are, have to play on a neutral floor even at the crib in the playoffs. That’s hurts whether boyz wanna believe it or not! Whenever Miami scored I thought I was at American Airlines Arena. Crazy!
Some clown left me a comment the other day about why I was proppin’ the Heat one day and then proppin’ the Pacers the next day. Sometimes I know boyz are a little slow so Ima take my time with this one. The Heat won Game 1 and the Pacers won Game 2. Whoever wins the freakin’ game gets the props you idiot! It’s called a game recap! That means that I’m telling you what happened during the freakin’ game. See how that works playboy. The Heat won game 3 so they get the star and smiling face on their paper this time and the Pacers got the upside down smile. Don't make me sit you in the corner for being stupid and disruptive going forward playa!
