Why it's NOT the system that's beatin' the Pacers its the Pacers beatin' the Pacers!

"Let me get that from you  playa!"
Heather Bresch, the CEO of Mylan Pharmaceuticals, once said, "As a leader, these attributes - confidence, perseverance, work ethic and good sense - are all things I look for in people. I also try to lead by example and create an environment where good questions and good ideas can come from anyone." William Baldwin, the famous actor, gave it to us like this, "In terms of instilling the values of mental toughness and work ethic, discipline is the gift that keeps on giving." Then Erin Cummings, the well-known actress, shut the buildin' down when she spit, "At the end of the day, you are solely responsible for your success and your failure. And the sooner you realize that, you accept that, and integrate that into your work ethic, you will start being successful. As long as you blame others for the reason you aren't where you want to be, you will always be a failure."

Well playas...I think that the Pacers realize that they're solely responsible for their success and failure but at this point they're simply gettin' out-worked. Boyz (fans and media) can holler about how the new system of playin' small and fast isn't workin' but at the end of the day it's hoop! The Pacers have simply been out-worked in the first 3 ball games bruh! Utah came in the joint like the Feds in the second half on Saturday night and straight up raided it like a house in Haughville as they beat the brakes off of 'em 97-76.

Let's keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! The new system is workin' just fine bruh, however, boyz just need to step up their level of play. The Pacers shot well in the first quarter lightin' these duns up at 57 percent as apposed to 17 percent on Thursday night against Memphis. They led at the break by 7 points. Then they came out of the locker room like they had just seen the boogie man naked. Do you realize that these boyz have lost the lead in the third quarter and given up 189 points in the second half of it's three games so far? Wheredeydodatat? That's called effort down the stretch not the system not workin'!

When a boy gets out-rebounded 47-34 that's work ethic not the system. When a boy gives up 30 points off of 24 turnovers that's carelessness with the rock not the system. When a boy is held to only 10 dimes that's lack of ball movement and not gettin' boyz open not the system. When Paul George can't beat Derrick Favors off of the dribble that's effort not the system. When a boy breaks into your house because you left the door unlocked you gave away your stuff he didn't steal it.

This Pacers team is extremely talented bruh and they're a lot more fun to watch than previous teams. However, they've got to make up in their minds that they're goin' to out-work EVERYBODY! This is a matter of effort at this point. Boyz gotta get open and boyz gotta get boyz open. Boyz gotta play defense and boyz gotta stop bein' careless with the rock. And some kind a way Monte and PG need to see the wizard and get a jump shot. Now they can see him or stop down at Lil' Elbow's pawn shop and pick one up. Either way, it doesn't matter to me playboy they've just gotta show up with one on Tuesday in Detroit. I'm just sayin'!

I still don't think that there is a reason to panic because again, these are correctable mistakes that a good coachin' staff can fix. If Frank could get boyz on the verge of the playoffs last year with the train wreck of a season he had with all of the injuries he had to deal with he'll be just fine. Tryin' to figure out who he was gonna play from night to night was a battle in and of itself. Now he's got some young boyz and a ton of talent.

Have you seen Myles Turner bruh? This dun had 10 points in his first 7 minutes of play! This kid is a beast and just think of what he could do if he had a better barber or at least one with 2 workin' eyes? This cat is rockin' the chili bowl with a Kris Kross on top. His barber must still be wearin' Karl Kani and freakin' Cross Colours or something bumpin' some old Geto Boys "My Minds Playin' Tricks On Me." I guess as long as he's showin' up and gettin' better every night I'm cool with him lookin' like he's about to go on stage with Naughty By Nature. Just keep gettin' buckets, blocks and gettin' better. Stop me when I start lyin'!

Playas Thesaurus:
1) Spit: verb - to say
2) Haughville: noun - ghetto section of town in Indy where boyz do a lot of hustlin'
3) Wheredeydodatat: It's hood for, "Who does that?"
4) Dime: verb - the throw an assist
5) Dun: noun - the person in question, dude, guy, etc. It's whoever I'm talkin' about and its non-gender specific.
