Pockets (How by chargin' the FSU QB and not the woman too sends the wrong message playa)

I should have kept my hands in my pockets bruh!
Lao Tzu, the ancient Chinese poet and philosopher, once said, “Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don’t resist them – that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.” Soren Kierkegaard, the 19th century Danish philosopher, gave it to us like this, “Life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced.” Then Nikos Kazantzakis, the Greek philosopher, poured out a lil’ liquor for all the dead homies when he spit this, “Since we cannot change reality, let us change the eyes which see reality.”

Well playas…everybody and their Uncle Willie’s nephew’s girlfriend’s sister is showin’ the video tape of Florida State freshman quarterback De’Andre Johnson firin’ on some chick at the bar. While lookin’ at this video every reporter can see him throwin’ a punch but NOBODY sees her turn around with her fist balled up about to swing on him. NOBODY sees him grab her arm to keep her from swingin’ and NOBODY sees her fire on him first. What reality are they seein’ bruh!

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! People only see what they want to see. As a society we’ve taught our women that it’s OK to get mad and slap a man in the face because he’s not supposed to hit a woman back. So therefore, we’ve empowered women all over this country to swing on a boy whenever they get upset and it’s completely OK. Why do I say that? Because EVERYBODY watchin’ the news is appalled at him and not her.

Let me put it where the goats can get it for you playboy. EVERYBODY didn’t grow up in the suburbs or rural America. Everybody didn’t grow up in a world that says that if a woman gets mad at you she has the RIGHT to slap you in the face and you’re supposed to just walk away hit. Some of us grew up in Urban America in the ghetto. And in the ghetto you learn unfortunately to instinctively survive because if you don’t you won’t. That means that if a boy swings on you more often than not you’re goin’ to protect yourself without even thinkin’ about it. Is it right? ABSOLUTELY NOT! But that is the reality that boyz come from out here.

That’s why it’s so important to teach both boys and girls to keep their hands in their pockets. When I was 5 years old growin’ up in Gary, Indiana that was the first lesson that I learned in kindergarten. “Keep yo hands in yo pockets! EVERYBODY!”

Now fast forward to this foolishness in Tallahassee. It’s clear that ole boy was tryin’ to get to the bar on the video tape and she cuts him off. Ole girl suddenly turns around in an aggressive manor with her fist balled up. First mistake! Keep in mind you’re dealin’ with people from all walks of life on a college campus. So when you turn around ready to fire you have to be ready for what you’re about to fire at. Is it right? ABSOLUTELY NOT! Is it reality? You darn right it is! And that’s the edited version! Ole girl swung at a boy that didn’t grow up with the rules of it bein’ OK for a woman to swing on a dun just because she was mad. She swung at a boy that didn’t care whether she was a male or female. Is it right? ABSOLUTELY NOT! He had no right to hit her just like she had no right to hit him.

But what’s crazy to me is that EVERYBODY is givin’ ole girl a pass when she was clearly the aggressor. So what we’re doin’ again is empowerin’ women to act a fool with a boy whenever they get upset. Where is my kindergarten teacher when I need her? “Keep yo hands in yo pockets!”

I’ve got a baby girl bruh and the first thing that I taught her when she started school was, “Keep yo hands in yo pockets! Don’t you let me hear about you hittin’ these little boyz. That’s dangerous!”

The fact that this chick wasn’t charged and he was sends the wrong message to our young girls and women. It continues to tell them that it’s permissible to hit and it’s not.

Check this here bruh; I’m tryin’ to save some woman’s life right now. I'm talkin' about the type of woman that thinks that its OK to just swing on a boy just because she got mad. She’s lucky that it was a college kid and not some thug off of the street that she hit that doesn’t give a rip about goin’ to jail. Because I know some cats that would have drug her across the floor in that joint on GP just because she raised her hand in aggression in the first place.

That's the one disadvantage of growin' up in the suburbs bruh. You don't understand the constant threat of violence that exists. That woman had no idea that she could get her head beat in for swingin' on that cat. In the ghetto things can go from 0 to 60mph in a heartbeat. But everybody that grew up in the hood knows that.

We’ve got to teach our young people both male and female to respect one another because not everybody grew up with same rules. It ain’t right but it is what it is. It’s called reality bruh.

You don’t know what some fool will do to you out here. It’s like a dun that gets mad because a cat cut him off in the street and then he jumps out of his car talkin’ crazy. The very fool that he’s hollerin’ at doesn’t care one bit about goin’ to jail because he just got out. So now this idiot gets shot dead in the middle of the street for no reason. Was the fool that shot him wrong? Dead wrong! But ole boy would still be alive if he’d just kept drivin’ instead of jumpin’ out of the ride tryin’ to be Billy Bad Butt! And that’s the edited version.

Just like this chick that got her face punched in could have easily moved out of the way and still been partyin’ with her friends instead endin’ up in the ER lookin’ stupid all over Sports Center and every other national news station.

Moral of the freakin’ story here playboy is, “Keep yo hands in yo pockets! EVERYBODY!” I don’t care how mad you get you better control your temper because you could end up dead swingin’ at the wrong person. Is it right? ABSOLUTELY NOT! But I’m not tryin’ to determine right vs wrong here! I’m just tryin’ to keep you from gettin’ your head beat in or dyin’ out here because you got mad. It’s called survival where I’m from bruh. Stop me when I start lyin’!

  1. Come on you can't be for real. Dude is an athlete and much bigger and stronger than she is. Granted he punches like a girl, but it's still much harder than she can punch.

The blame the victim shit is just ignorant.
