"Back up off me bruh! I got business to take care of!" |
Carmelo Anthony won the NBA Scoring Title this year but is about to get bounced right out of the playoffs by the Indiana Pacers. On Tuesday night he put up a selfish 24 points in a valiant effort before fouling out with 2 minutes left in the game. The Pacers took a commanding 3-1 lead in the series after a 93-82 home win.
I can hear some delusional Knicks fan in the background saying, “Melo put up 24 points bruh! It’s the other duns that ain’t showing up! If they would score we’d have a chance to win the freaking games!!”
Look here playboy, your boy scored 24 points but he had 1 freaking assist all night bruh! He’s the black hole, the ball stopper, the gunner or whatever you want to call him. But at the end of the day call him a loser because he’s about to get sent to the crib!
The Knicks are like the Jackson Five and Melo is Mike! He’s gonna sing all of the solo’s and he thinks that every shot is made for him. This cat will shoot it from the concession stand just to get a shot off. I saw that dun shoot one from Haughville standing in that long line at Long's donuts bruh! He took 29 shots last night homeboy and half of those were bad shots!
While ole boy was busy shooting and not passing that joint. The Pacers just sat in the cut and waited for the ball to come off of the rim. They completely dominated the Knicks on the glass 54-36 and played TEAM basketball for 4 quarters. George Hill had a game high 26 points that was 4 points shy of his career high.
Paul George chipped in 18 and grabbed 14 boards, David West brought a case MD 10/10 to the joint! That’s a Mad Dog with 10 points and 10 rebounds for y’all that’s checkin’! Then ole Lance Stephenson and Orlando Johnson stepped into the party with 13 and 11 points respectively to keep the joint jumping. Then Tyler Hansbrough pushed a couple of boyz down in the front yard just to make sure they knew he was out there.
Until Melo figures out that winning scoring titles means absolutely nothing he’ll never become a champion. Mike had to learn that lesson from Phil. When he took over as Jordan’s coach in 1989, one of the first things he said to him was, “Do you wanna win scoring titles or do you wanna win NBA Titles?” As long as Mike was puttin’ up 63 in the Garden in ’86 and gettin' swept it gave boyz something to talk about in the barber shop. However, it meant nothing to the duns making hardware playboy! That’s Melo right now!
The Pacers were talking to him in their Victor Sweet voice all night, “I like the way you do business!” Let this cat shoot all night and keep everybody else in check and it’s a wrap. There is a reason why Tyson Chandler called ole boy out after Game 3! Now Melo will try to tell you that he wasn’t talking about him but if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, it’s a duck bruh! Stop me when I start lyin’!
Holla At Ya Boy!
