Well playas...Golden State has no answer to the equation that's been put on their plate. So therefore, they can't solve the problem and are now forced to deal with the reality that OKC is not playin'! Young Russ put these boyz on his back in Game 4 as he and the Thunder beat the brakes off of Steph and Co. 118-94 to send the series to a 3-1 problem for Golden State.
Let's keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! I said weeks ago that it was a foregone conclusion that Golden State would win the title "barring" injury after winnin' 73 regular season games. Key words playa, was "barring injury." Now I'm not makin' excuses for Golden State because OKC is goin' to work on these boyz but I told you that Steph wasn't gonna be Steph even when he came back because his knee was critical in his ability to move, play the way he plays and shoot the three ball. Yeah, I know that dun was ballin' in the last series but you or I could have held the Warriors down in the semi-finals etc. He came back but that knee is as sore as it can be and there's no time to heal it because only time and rest will allow it to get better. Unfortunately, there is no time to heal it.
Steppin' into the Western Conference Finals is a different animal and that dun looked about 4 steps too slow in Game 4. Now don't get it twisted, Young Russ is doin' what Young Russ does! Givin' boyz the business!!! He pealed off the sweet triple double of 36-11-11 to make life miserable for GS. Now it just got real! Down 3-1 goin' back to Oakland the pressure is NUTS! Even if they win at home they won't win this series! Why? Because there's no way they're goin' to beat OKC 3 times in a row. Not gonna happen.
Young Russ and Co. has shocked the world and I guess all of the playa hatin' old timers are sittin' around sippin' champaign and talkin' crazy tellin' boyz that Steph isn't the real deal after all. However, those same old heads are mad because if OKC gets to the Finals they'll probably end up playin' the Cavs and that's a problem. Why? Because they hate LeBron more than they hate Steph and LeBron's got KD's number.
I'm just glad that OKC blasted Golden State after the league did Draymond a solid by not suspendin' him from Game 4. It was clear that he kicked Steven Adams and I thought that they were foul in lettin' him off of the hook citing that the integrity of the game was on the line. The integrity of compromised when they didn't suspend bruh as I explained in the Hot Joint entitled "Grace" that I wrote before Game 4. That was foul any way you sliced it because Draymond should have been suspended no way around it.
Now what 99 percent of boyz, includin' myself, thought would be impossible before the Steph injury is about to happen. The Warriors are goin' to lose 4 games to the same team in a best of 7 series. Well bruh, that's why they play the game. The BEST TEAM always wins the series in the NBA. However, sometimes we don't always know who the BEST TEAM is until they actually play the series. Our eyes have been opened and you can stop me when I start lyin'! In my Puff Daddy mid '90's voice, "It just got real in the field! Take that! Take That!"
