Why it time for Myles Turner to start earnin' that big boy check now! "Ballin'"

"Get that....!!!!"
Zig Ziglar once said, "Being productive gives people a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment that loafing never can." William Author Ward, the writer, went on a rampage to prove his point when he said, "The more generous we are, the more joyous we become. The more cooperative we are, the more valuable we become. The more enthusiastic we are, the more productive we become. The more serving we are, the more prosperous we become." Then Rupert Murdoch broke it down so that it would forever be broken when he spit, "In motivating people, you've got to engage their minds and their hearts. I motivate people, I hope, by example - and perhaps by excitement, by having productive ideas to make others feel involved."

Well playas...ole Frank Vogel shared with us media-types a productive idea that would get others involved after the wheels fell off of the Pacers on Tuesday night against the Clippers 91-89. The other ole boy was talkin' about was the young rookie, Myles Turner! Boyz asked if he had thoughts of increasin' his workload and the answer was a straight up yes!

Let's keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! Myles averaged 20.5 points per game on the Pacers most recent road trip out west and he put up 16 in the first half of Tuesday night's game. Yeah, the dun went scoreless in the second half but that goes with the territory playboy. He's 19 years old.

However, he's way too productive not to get extended minutes. Sure, the problem with playin' a kid that young crazy minutes is the worry of hittin' a wall because as a college or even a high school player he only played about 30 games or so per year. Now he's gotta get at it for 82 regular season joints and as many as he can hope to get out of the playoffs. But you know what? It's grown man business now playa!

He signed up to play with the big boyz and he's gettin' that big boy check now. So guess what pimpin'? He's gotta play big boy minutes. He's proven that he can play at this level now he's gotta work through the potential mistakes and the wall comin' his way.

The Pacers can ALWAYS use another productive big on the floor. Ian Mahinmi has been a blessin' to watch all year because "Skittles and Lemonheads" brought NOTHING to work for the past two or three years. Let me say it in my Bernie Mac Players Club voice, "NOTIN', NOTIN'!!!

So to have a dun come into the joint at 19 that can play the 4 or the 5 is like winnin' the Power Ball around this piece. Frank can literally build around a young boy like that when he plays a traditional big rotation.

I know that Golden State has the league twisted right now playin' the small lineup and runnin' the floor with the spread. However, you've got to have the perfect personnel to play that way and be productive. Golden State hit the lottery with the right combination of boyz that can do it and shoot the rock. EVERYBODY can't do it playa. Stay in your lane and use what you've got. Myles Turner on the floor as much as possible is productive for the Pacers.

Play that dun at the 4 with Mahinmi at the 5 or vice versa bruh! I don't care! Just make sure he's on the floor if his lungs aren't about to explode. Just talk him into cuttin' the old Kriss Kross hair cut off or he better learn how to "Jump" or "Warm It Up" if he's gonna rock that joint. Stop me when I start lyin'!

4) "Jump" or "Warm It Up": noun - songs by the legendary rap group Kris Kross
