Deuce and a Quarter (The REAL reason the Pacers got ran out of the joint in Phoenix)

"Slow down dawg! We didn't bring that ride!"
Mahatma Gandhi once said, “Satisfaction lies in the effort, not in the attainment, full effort is full victory.” Calvin Coolidge gave it to us like this, “All growth depends upon activity. There is no development physically or intellectually without effort, and effort means work.” Then the G.O.A.T. himself, Michael Jordan, shut the buildin’ down with, “The game has its ups and downs, but you can never lose focus of your individual goals and you can’t let yourself be beat because of lack of effort.”

Well pimpin’…the Indiana Pacers showed up in the desert on Tuesday night and got trucked by the Phoenix Suns because of that very reason 116-99. They simply didn’t put forth the effort or better yet the energy that these cats brought to floor.

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! The Suns pulled up in a Maserati with the top down and their feet on the gas whereas the Pacers pulled up in Uncle Leroy’s 1975 Deuce and a Quarter. For all of you suburban and rural type cats that’s a Buick Electra 225. As a matter of fact, not only did they pull up in that joint but C.J. Miles, Roy Hibbert and C.J. Watson had to push the joint into the driveway bruh.

The Suns’ energy took over the joint from the word go and their freakin’ back court was ridiculous. Goran Dragic and Eric Bledsoe lit these boyz up for a combined 61 points. Dragic got in their pockets for 34 and Bledsoe sucka punched them for 27 and Isaiah Thomas didn’t even play bruh! Wheredeydodatat?

The ride was movin’ so fast that the Pacers couldn’t hold on to the rock givin’ that joint up 19 times for 38 fast break points. Not only did they let the guards get loose in the front seat but they let former Pacer Gerald Green and his homeboy Markieff Morris get out of the back seat on them with 15 apiece.
"You already know Uncle Leroy is lookin' for his ride bruh!"
The reason that I said that both the C.J.’s and Roy had to push the whip into the drive way is because they led the team in production. Roy had a solid night with 15 points and 10 rebounds which is what that dun should bring to the party EVERY night at 7’2” 290lbs. C.J. Miles found a rhythm with 17 and Watson was all good hollerin’ at the broads out of the passenger side window until he had to get out and push with 14. Cope and D. West jumped out of the ride and put in work too with 10 apiece but the freakin’ turnovers in a high speed contest will cost you every time.

I guess boyz forgot that they were goin’ out west this week and Uncle Leroy’s Deuce and a Quarter ain’t gone cut playa. They need to junk that joint and pick up somethin’ with some energy because otherwise, they’re gonna be pushin’ the ole Buick around for the rest of the week. Up next Portland and stop me when I start lyin’!
