Why Larry Bird needs to do his job so Nate McMillan can keep his! "Drafts & Trades"

"I got it now bruh!"
Bertrand Russell, the British philosopher, once said, "The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, and wiser people so full of doubts." Soren Kierkegaard, the Danish philosopher, gave it to us like this, "Life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced." Then Lyndon B. Johnson broke it down like a pimp and at an S-Curl convention when he spit, "Doing what's right isn't the problem. It is knowing what's right."

Well playas...ole Larry Bird has finally pulled the trigger on a new head coach for the Indiana Pacers. On Saturday evenin' my "mans and nem" let the word out that Nate McMillan was workin' to finalize a deal with these boyz. Now I know you're scratchin' your head because I said my "mans and nem." Most cats in the media call them sources and never name a boy. So what's the difference in callin' them my "mans and nem" or sources? If boyz aren't givin' up the person's name then who cares what you call them or if the dun actually even exists. Once the word comes out it's out. So anyway the big homie Nate is goin' to become the Pacers next head man! Congrats playa!

Let's keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! Bird hires McMillan to give them a new voice but has he solved the problem? The reason he said that Frank was fired in the first place was because the Pacers didn't score enough points. However, they've only got one consistent scorer on the roster. So the next question for the dun buyin' the groceries is "What are you goin' to do about gettin' Nate more offensive weapons to ensure his success of bein' able to score more points? That's real talk bruh.

Because if the problem is points and the roster keeps it's same identity then the problem will just be Nate's and you've got to find another excuse to fire him in 3 years. Mac knows how to coach bruh! He's got crazy experience as a head coach in this league. He was the head man in Seattle from 2000-05 and then in Portland from 2005-12. So I'm not worried about the big homie findin' his way. And he's been sittin' next to Frank for the past three years. So he knows the organization.

However, I'm am worried about Bird doin' his job and gettin' this dun the horses that he needs to do his freakin' job. Indiana is a place where you've got to build a team through the draft and by trades. You're not goin' to lure some superstar free agent to Indianapolis. Not gonna happen bruh! Young superstar rich millionaires wanna live where the action is; Miami, Boston, New York, LA, Chicago, Atlanta etc. They aren't breakin' their necks to come to Indy. Why? Because it's Indy. Take your fan hat off for a second and put yourself in their shoes.

If you were 26 years old with a $90 million dollar contract or a joint ready to be signed would you move to LA or Indy? Chicago or Indy? Atlanta or Indy?  Here's the dun that's born and raised in Indy, "Indy man! Are you crazy? It's a great place and we love basketball here!" Stop it you sound crazy! And you aren't in the NBA! Stop it!

So Larry can't afford to keep makin' mistakes with 1st round draft picks. He can't come home again with duns like Tyler Hansbrough! He can't afford to miss on cats like Kawhi Leonard and trade him for George Hill. The organization can't draft complete projects like "Skittles and Lemonheads." They've got to keep draftin' cats like Myles Turner. And sure, I know that every draft pick or trade isn't goin' to work out but the margin for error in Indiana is very little. Why? Because boyz aren't linin' up to play here. How do I know that? Because they aren't linin' up to play here. If they were they'd already be here.

Larry this is on you playboy! Get Nate what he needs to do his job and it's all good. Don't drop him off in the hood in the middle of gang territory with a pack of firecrackers and banana and expect for him to survive. Stop me when I start lyin'!
