Frontin' (How ESPN is runnin' game by actin' like they FIRED Colin Cowherd)

"Hold on a second dawg! I quit a week ago!"

Tennessee Williams, the famous playwright, once said, “The only thing worse than a liar is a liar that’s also a hypocrite!” William Hazlitt, the 18^th century English writer, gave it to us like this, “A hypocrite despises those whom he deceives, but has no respect for himself. He would make a dupe of himself too, if he could.” Then Juan Williams, the journalist (What’s up with all these Williams today?), broke it down so that it would forever be broken when he spit, “For me, the key is I always have to be the same person. If someone was to hear me say something on Fox and hear me say something different on NPR, they would say, ‘The guy is a hypocrite.’”

Well playas…ESPN just jumped out of the hypocrite birthday cake in my Bernie Mac voice, “Bucket Naked” on Friday by tryin’ to look like they give a rip about what Colin Cowherd said about the Dominican Republic on Thursday. The headlines read, “Colin Cowherd no longer on ESPN after comments about Dominicans.”

Now just in case you missed what that dun said on Thursday here it is. Ole boy said that he didn’t believe baseball was complex, saying a third of the sport was from the Dominican Republic, which had “not been known , in my lifetime, as having , you know, world-class academic abilities.” Major League Baseball and the MLB Players Association went nuts and they should have. And what made it even worse was that on Friday this dun tried to justify what he said by pullin’ reports and data to make his case. Wheredeydodatat?

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1^st! Cowherd was a straight-up fool for that one. You can’t single out a group of people and say no stuff like that. And that’s the edited version bruh! He was DEAD wrong and should have been disciplined for it. I don’t know what some of these cats are thinkin’ and what type of up-bringin’ allows you to look down your nose at other people? It’s crazy to me. But here’s the real problem that I’ve got with this situation. ESPN is merely tryin’ to come out on top after gettin’ dissed by Colin more than a week ago.

You know as well as I do that they wouldn’t have fired that dun for those comments alone. He’s the best radio host they’ve got because, quite honestly, the rest of the shows outside of Dan Le Batard’s are HORRIBLE. That’s real talk! Ain’t no way around it. If they didn't fire him for the comments he made after Sean Taylor died there was no way they would have fired him over these. 

This fool tried to blame Sean Taylor for his own death bruh! And NOBODY at ESPN checked him or cared that he said it. Some duns broke into ole boy's house because they thought that he was gone, not knowin' that he was at the crib and ended up shootin' and killin' him when he tried to protect his family. Colin was on the air tellin' boyz that that's what happens when you're a thug etc. REALLY? So ESPN can go head on with that foolishness actin' like they care about what a boy says.

It was announced a week ago Thursday that Colin was leavin’ ESPN for Fox anyway. Fox came in and swooped him up for more bread and opportunities to, quite frankly, do more. So ESPN is frontin’ by actin’ like they’re so upset with him that they had to fire him. He was half way down the street with his middle finger up anyway.

It’s like when you and your girl decide to end the relationship while you’re on vacation but you still have a week on the road with her. The both of you try to make the best of the rest of the trip but as soon as you pull up at her crib she jumps out of the ride and straight clowns you in front of her girls, calls an end to the relationship and storms in the house. That was ESPN on Friday bruh!

Do you know how many times cats have said somethin’ stupid on the air that have been suspended and it never even makes an ESPN headline? They suspend cats all of the time and they never say a mumblin’ word about why he or she was suspended.

Now that Colin is bouncin’ they wanna act like they really care what that fool said. SMH at ESPN at this point for bein’ petty for wantin’ to look like they fired ole boy for makin’ insensitive comments.

Now don’t get it twisted playboy, Colin needs his butt whooped by Big Momma for thinkin’ that he could make comments like that and get away with them. I’m talkin’ about an old school butt whoopin’ where she strips you down to the underwear because in her words, “I don’t whip nothin’ that I bought! So take ‘um off and bend over that bed!” Stop me when I start lyin’!
