Every talking head on sports radio and TV today will be talking about the great Drew Brees and the unbelievable performance that he and the now 4-0 New Orleans Saints put up on Monday Night Football. They went out and beat the doors off of the then unbeaten Miami Dolphins 38-17. Every station you turn to will be talking about the 413 yards passing and the 4 touchdowns ole boy put up in front of the home crowd. Everybody playboy! Everybody except Ya Boy!

Why? Because the difference in the Saints ain’t Drew Brees! It’s Sean Payton! I was the only cat in America before the start of the 2012 season that said that the Saints wouldn’t even make the  freakin' playoffs! I told you boyz that they would be the AINTS all over again in 2012 because they had no coach. You cannot win without leadership. If you don’t believe me do what the old school coaches used to say, “Pull the tape because the tape don’t lie.” Pop the link right here and read the Hot Joint entitled "They AINT" written on July 31st of 2012 if you think I’m lying to you.

Sean Payton is back on the sideline and now the engine is purring like a kitten bruh. Sure, Drew Brees got busy last night and boyz did look good. But they only looked good because of the leadership that is on the sideline. Never underestimate the power of effective leadership. There is a reason why they call those duns walking up and down the sidelines head coaches.

There is a reason why they pay them a king’s ransom and give them the keys to the Bentley. Why? Because everybody can’t do it pimpin’! Drew Brees is the same cat that he was last year; they’re cooking with pretty much the same ingredients and in the same kitchen. What’s the difference? The freakin’ cook! Shaquana can't burn like Big Momma!

There is an old Chinese proverb that says, “Not the cry, but the flight of the wild duck leads the flock to fly and follow.” For all of you simple minded individuals out there it means that in order for a boy to lead he’s got to be seen going his thing.

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1^st! The Saints are 4-0 because they’ve got effective leadership not because of Drew Brees because they had that dun a year ago and couldn’t buy a win through four games. They were 0-4 this time last year and finished the season 7-9 without making the playoffs because Sean Payton was sittin' at the crib.

Don’t ever underestimate the importance of having a head coach and stop listening to fools that have never played sports before. You know what? Stop listening to fools that have played at every level that still don’t know anything.

Just because a boy played pro ball doesn’t mean he knows what he's talking about because I know a lot of duns that played that don't half know the rules of the game much less have the ability to give you some intelligent insight. There were a ton of former players drinking the Saints Kool Aid saying they were going to still go to the playoffs and possibly the Super Bowl without their head coach.  It was asinine thinking to say the least! Starting listening to cats with unbelievable insight like Ya Boy! That's real talk bruh! Uh hum! That's real talk!

Listening to clowns like that will have you believing that the Easter Bunny grew up in the projects selling dope with Pookey, Ray Ray and Lil’ Nuck Nuck nem and Father Time is a street hustla down on 25^th that sells gators out of his trunk!

Let me be as clear as Vodka when I say this playa, in order to win you’ve got to have a leader that is being paid to lead and lead only. They stopped having player coaches for a reason bruh. Also never forget that if you cut off the head the body will die. Pass the collection plate playboy because I’m preachin’!
