Baby Steps (Why Pacers fans just need to be happy Roy got out of the ride against the Bulls)

"C'mon Jay you see I'm working tonight bruh!
I'm still clumsy den a mug but I'm working! "
Mattie Stepanek, the famous child poet and best selling author I might add, once said, “Unity is strength…when there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved.” A dun named James Cash Penny, the homies know him as J.C., broke it down like this, “The best teamwork comes from men who are working independently toward one goal in unison.” Then Mike Krzyzewski got everybody’s attention with, “To me, teamwork is the beauty of our sport, where you have five acting as one. You become selfless.”

Since ole Mike had some extra time Friday night after his boyz got thrown out of the window by Mercer he must have hollered at the Pacers about sharing the basketball and playing as a team. They did just that and were able to carjack the Bulls 91-79 real quick like in Indy.

With 27 team assists they finally got back to playing team basketball according to Frank Vogel, “I’m very proud of the team approach and the willingness to share the basketball and move the basketball.”

Let’s keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! When these duns are playing together they’re the real deal bruh! They’re probably the deepest team in the league going 9 to 10 in the ride. And guess what playboy? Ole dull Roy Hibbert finally got out of the ride in the second half and finished with 12 points and 11 rebounds.

I’m not gonna lie, I was about to write that dun off in the first half because Joakim was giving him the business with 7 rebounds and Roy was sittin’ on just 1 with 15 seconds left to play in the first half. He had no intentions of gettin’ out of the car bruh.

Again, will somebody please explain to me how in the world a dun that is 7’2” 290 lbs. isn’t a consistent 20 and 10 guy? Help me understand that because it makes no sense for boyz to pull up and everybody climbs out of the ride but him on 7 of 10 nights.

So somebody must have kicked him in his butt at the break because he finished with the double-double. Paul George only put 10 points in the kitty but he finished with his first triple double of the season with 12 rebounds and 10 dimes. So the homies in the barber shop aren’t gonna trip today. You know the drill, the barber shop is the black man’s country club on Saturday morning playa. We gone get it in if nobody gets it in from analyzing the game to analyzing the duns at the game and everything in between.

On a night when boyz needed all hands on deck because the Bulls were playing well they got double figures out of all five starters. Lance “The Don Dada” Mr. #BornReady himself gave you his consistent 15 points and went to the crib but not without a dull tech. D. West and George Hill wasn’t trippin’ about droppin’ off their 10 for all the dead homies either. So it was all good.

What blew everybody away was Luis Scola goin’ to work on boyz with 19 comin’ out of the trunk. Like I said earlier, if these cats can really focus on slaying that Philistine down in Miami EVERY night that they take the floor, they’ll be ready for at least the battle come playoff time.

Now can they use the sling shot effectively to slay him? At this point no, because the elephant is still in the room with his pants down farting and scratchin' bruh. Turnovers continue to be a problem. They committed 16 of ‘em last night but they won the game so boyz ain’t trippin’! Well playboy, that’s a problem against that Philistine and his patnas. They’re the best transition team in the league when they’re operating on all cylinders and come playoff time they will.

So let's not put the cart before the horse, I guess Pacers fans need to take baby steps huh? Just be happy that Roy even got out of the ride against Chicago. Stop me when I start lyin’!

Holla At Ya Boy!
