Well playas...the Indiana Pacers are a point where they're lookin' at every dun on their remainin' schedule, as difficult as it is, as an opportunity. Boston rolled into Bankers Life Fieldhouse on Tuesday night sittin' at the 3 seed in the East and got knocked off 103-98.
Let's keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! The Pacers were only four spots behind these cats on the bus, who was sittin' in the 3rd spot in the East and they're tryin' to get as close to the VIP section as possible. Here's the beauty in what ole Frank Vogel and Co. have in front of them. They've got 15 games left on the remainin' regular season schedule with 10 of them at the crib.
That's like havin' to fight the school yard bully on your front porch bruh! Especially when the Pacers are 20-11 at Big Momma's house this season. You know how it goes playa, talk as much trash to a boy on the bus as humanly possible to get him so fired up that he get's off on your stop instead of his. He's so ready to fight that he doesn't even realize that you guys don't live in the same hood. And dun jumps off without tellin' his boyz to jump off with him. Now he's butt out! And that's the edited version bruh.
Now he's off of the bus and surrounded by all of your homies. That's a problem. The difference between the Celtics sittin' in the 3rd spot and the Pacers loungin' in the 7th spot is 3 games pimpin'! So all of the duns in between have to make sure they don't get suckered off of bus in the meantime.
Paul George led all scorers with 25 sittin' at the front of the bus to get the foolishness started. Monta Ellis threw ole boy crazy game with 16 momma jokes to really upset him up. You know you can't talk about a boy'z momma in front of the entire bus right? Jordan Hill started talkin' about his clothes, his daddy's pop bottle glasses and corrective shoes to completely make him lose his mind. By the time the bus stopped this dun from Boston was butt naked and ready to fight on the Pacers front porch bruh.
That's when Ian Mahinmi hit him from the "blind side" like Michael Oher with 13 and George Hill did the ole school "under cut chair" move from behind with 10. At the 7 minute mark of the fourth quarter Boston was so jacked up by the foolishness surroundin' them the Pacers went on a 15-4 run that pretty much ended their fight.
Hood Survival Rule No.5: "Don't ever get off of the bus in another boy'z hood to make a point." Especially if he's tryin' to take what you've got. Boston had to give up the sneakers and jewelry last night and if these boyz out here on the East side aren't careful the Pacers are goin' take a few more seats on the bus and their sneakers too. Remember what I said earlier, the distance between the 3rd spot and the 7th is a matter of 3 games and the Pacers are guaranteed to pull 10 more suckas off of the bus in the next 15 rides to the crib. The question is, will they be able to take advantage of the opportunity that sits in front of them? If they can, they may have a chance to sniff the VIP section of the East Side Playas Association when the playoffs start. If not it'll be a wasted opportunity. Stop me when I start lyin'!
