Why Paul George can't be wishful thinkin' and be the Superstar! "If's & Buts"

"Man if everybody was on we'll be on point!" 

Jane Wagner, the famous writer, once said, "A sobering thought: what if, at this very moment, I am living up to my full potential?" Nido Qubein, the president of High Point University, asked a boy the simplest of questions and threw boyz off with, "What if you could be anything, or anybody, you chose to be? Think about it. What would you choose to be?" Then Duff Goldman, the well-known pastry chef, broke it down like a pimp at a playas convention with a Goldie perm and some Detroit gators when he spit, "If you're going to figure something out, study ethics. You can ask What's the answer? What's Right and Wrong? What I learned is that nobody knows the answer and there is no Right and Wrong. So I'm incapable of becoming a fundamentalist because there are no absolutes, there's always a what if."  

Well playas...this may as well be ethics because in the NBA there is always an absolute! Either you're winnin' or losin' playboy. On Wednesday night in Brooklyn the Indiana Pacers showed up and show out on the dull Nets beatin' them 114-100 as C.J. Miles got out of a bad shootin' slump to lead the Blue and Gold with 27 points. 

However, after the game when boyz hollered at Paul George (PG13) this dun broke down the team's potential movin' forward like this, "If C.J. gets hot like he was in November, I get hot like I was in November, Monta (Ellis) continues to play well, Myles (Turner) steps up and continues to play at a high level like he's doing, we get Ian back from injury, we get Stuckey back from injury, this team can be pretty scary." 

Let's keep it real or all the way 100, whichever comes 1st! In my old school playas voice, "If, if was a fifth we'd all be drunk!" Or how about I rock it in my Big Momma voice, "If, if's and buts were candy and nuts we'd all have a Merry Christmas!" That all sounds good baby boy but you've gotta win with what you have on the floor. Everybody's not gonna be on EVERY night but boyz gotta hold it down when cats aren't. That's why they call it a TEAM. 

It would be UNBELIEVABLE if EVERYBODY could play to their potential EVERY night but that won't happen. If Frank could get that to happen they'd be in the Finals pushin' Golden State up and down the floor but then we come back to reality pimpin'! Sure, there's all kind of fire power on that team with C.J., PG, Monta, George and Stuck! Crazy role players with Lil' Glenn, Solo, Joe and the bigs are NUTS this year!!! Think about what they're gettin' out of the young boy already, combined with the athleticism of Lavoy, Jordan Hill and Ian! Frank's got a squad if he can get everybody ballin' at the same time. 

But on some real talk, you can't get EVERYBODY to ball at the same time. What Frank has to do is to get boyz to step up when needed like he's been doin'. That's all. When C.J.'s jumper isn't wet that means that Monta's has to be. When Ian goes down with back problems Jordan Hill needs to bring his lunch pale to work. When George Hill isn't knockin' boyz down PG needs to knock even more boyz down. 

I'll tell you what has to happen playboy! PG13 has to be on EVERY night and Monta has to lead EVERY night! Everybody can rotate through good and not so good nights. But if PG is goin' to be the superstar that he is supposed to be then he's gotta give a boy 24 points or about that errrrr night! Monte's gotta be the Alpha male errrrr night! If they do that then they'll be alright. But for a boy to wishful think that everybody is gonna be at some point on top of their game simply wishes for the pressure to get off of his back. Since we're talkin' about "If's" if YOU are the superstar then YOU have to be willin' to carry the load ERRRRR NIGHT playboy. Stop me when I start lyin'!
