Road To The Super Bowl: My Predictions

"Big D Awaits"

NFC Championship
Green Bay Packer vs Chicago Bears
My Prediction: Packers win a great ball game. Jay Cutler is very inconsistent and doesn't make good decisions with the ball in his hand. He played a great game last week but that was against an 8-9 Seahawks team that just happened to catch the Saints sleeping. Green Bay is playing better than anybody in the league right now. Aaron Rogers is the X-factor and the Bears secondary can be suspect at times. Defensively, the Packers have one of the best set of corners in the league. Charles Woodson keeps getting better week after week. He'll give Cutler fits coming off of the edge on Sunday. Packers get to the Super Bowl!!!

NFC Champ

AFC Championship
NY Jets vs Pittsburgh Steelers
My Prediction: Steelers win! As much as I like the Jets and all of their bravado. I think that the Steelers are a better ball club. I love what Rex Ryan and the boys have put together but the X-factor will be Mark Sanchez' ability to minimize his mistakes. I believe that the experience and intelligence of Troy Palamalu will cause Sanchez to make more mistakes than the Jets can overcome. What people don't know about Palamalu is that he doesn't play within the defense that is called for the rest of the team. He's given full range on every play to rome and do his own thing because of his ability to anticipate. He'll create problems for young Mark and the Jets lose the turnover battle therefore, they take the L. Steelers get to Dallas!!!
